Bz..........Bz........Bz.................

Mommy has been so busy these days that she is not updating the blog more often..... hmmmm, i need to talk to her about this :P

Today, I refused to wake at 7am.

Nira: "Mommy, I wanna sleeeeeeeeeeeep. I am tttttttttttiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiredddd!!! Boo hooo hoooo"

Aah but mommy has some tricks up her sleeves. The tickle machine!!!!! Mommy's 2 fingers walk up and down Nira's back.... small giggles escape from Nira (hah! the engine is starting!!!). Then the fingers continue walking up to the head and then down to the neck.... more giggles heheheh. Next the fingers walk to the stomach..... there the volcano of laughter breaks out!!!!!! Engine is up and ready.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While all the above was taking place, baby Nisha as usual pushes herself using her legs. Her bums are up while she continues sleeping. What a cute sight!!!!

Nira starts making all her usual noise yapp yapp, sing sing......... Baby Nisha opens her eyes and starts her morning lecture "eeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyy iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee". It actually gets louder towards the end, crescendooooooooooo!

Alarm for papa to get up and feed the hungry little stomach ;))))

Groggy papa: "Hey hey coming coming. Why so many complaints?!"

Then milk arrives .............hhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Massaging is good

Lately, I noticed that Nisha is not going poo poo everyday. I started giving her more water in between her feeds. It helps but not always......

My frens shared that she used to massage her son. Her son constipates and at times it takes many days too. But after the massage, he goes poo poo within 2 hrs. She suggested me to try it if Nisha doesn't go for the day.

The massage is done from upper part of the tummy going downwards, covering the bums and thighs. I usually use baby oil on her. It really helps.

Also, massaging the whole body of the child helps to calm them down and is very healthy for the body. Once you have masssaged the body, you can put powder on the body. This helps to ensure the child isn't too cold. If you are only massaging his/her stomach area as i mentioned earlier, then you don't need to put powder. You all should try this :))

How would you deal with kids/babies that are not going to the toilet daily? Pls tell :)))
